EVENT: FACE UP TO SPRING Join our fabulous FACEYOGA webinar on Thursday 4 March 6pm

We successfully raised £750, thank you.

Enjoy a ‘spa’ experience at home with holistic therapist Rachael Robins, and support Bright Sparks school. Cost: £7.50 (or donate more, if you choose).

“I never even knew face yoga was a thing! It’s actually a lovely calming relaxing thing – if you’ve never tried it, you really must.  Lovely Rachael, a revelation, thank you.”

WHAT IS IT? If you’ve never experienced face yoga, you are in for a treat. It’s a bit like a facial, and a bit like yoga exercises FOR the face. It combines massage, acupressure and exercises for the facial muscles. In just under an hour, you will give yourself a gentle face-lift, improve the health of your skin and boost your overall well-being.

THE EXPERIENCE? Sit yourself in a comfy position in front of a  screen/tablet with your hands free. Have some oil or face cream handy. Plus a drink to sip – ideally water or a herbal tea. Gentle music plays as Rachael talks you through the session whilst demonstrating every move. Many people like to keep their eyes closed – so if you normally wear glasses or contacts, never fear. It’s not essential to look. The class will last approx. 50 mins.

HOW TO JOIN… There are two steps:

1 Go to the FaceYoga Justgiving page and donate £7.50 or more. Please do not hide your name from public view – so we can see you!

2 Complete the Faceyoga form and submit (scroll to the bottom). Once you have joined our mailing list we’ll send you the link to the webinar FaceYoga session and other information about the Faceyoga session.

You should receive the link and other information within a few days. The link will be re-sent the day before the event. If you have any queries, please contact us via our website.

“Just had a face yoga session with Rachael and my friends. It was brilliant! I didn’t know my face had so many muscles, and the pressure point massage was amazing. So relaxing.”
